Sad HEllo I intalled q3 whit e+ and pb i want play q3 but i cant look this is the problem

PLZ HELP quake 3 problem :(

On a side note...

PEOPLE!!!! Remember to convert the god-damned pics from bmp/tga to jpg, gif or whatever! It's a pain in the ass for some of us to wait until a over 2mb picture loads up.

Sigh.
