Whats toogle1? nexttoogle?
This is the only one i have used so far 
bind F11 "g_synchronousclients 1"; record demo"
bind F12 "stoprecord; g_synchronousclients 0"
Edition: Sorry for being clueless about it, but i think that i need an idiotproof explanation :roll:
