Problem with the new version of PunkBuster

hello, i've installed the new version of PunkBuster and i still get kicked from servers via "loss general packets". i've done everithing - turning off the antivirus program and so on, and i still have this problem. if anyone knows any solution of this problem, please help me.

thx foxxy but i have already read about the pb and the faq, there is a question about the problem i have, but suggested solution is turning off the firewalls ( i don't have any) or antivirs ( which i already did, it didnt help). thanks anyway.
