yep.

and to answer, i have a problem with pnkbstrb.exe i think you need to reinstall PB and make sure nothing (firewall etc) is blocking it, look in services(windows) and make sure its running.

but im still trying to figure out why B wount work.

I get kicked by PB all the time in win7. Prolly some safe setting that has to be lowered and some service that has to be allowed. Dunno. Solved this by multiboot.

Im running my q3 in Vista via my Win7 disk and even with admin-rights Im not allowed so save any changes to any file on the win7 disk. Y, rw is marked allowed Confused

Livable but annoying.

i never have that prob. in quake.
but in other games:
first reinstall PB with PBsvc DOWNLOAD HERE
than update with PBsetup: CLICK HERE ((only for windows, if u'r LINUX user, PM me Winking
