also you could also add your q3config.cfg that was used when the q3 crashed.

i don't have blue screen couse q3 crash freeze,i use this cfg from years so dunno

can you describe what happens in the crash. does the blue quake 3 console pop up afterward or does it completely freeze up? can it be restarted after killing the quake 3 application or do you have to restart the computer?

If a blue box appears after the crash copy and paste what it says into this topic.

total q3 freeze and hard reset nothing else

Looks more like hardware problem but I would try first Q3+E+ reinstalation.
