q3-xchar v1.2 is a very efficient tool to make binds using extended characters.

Overview :

- Create extended character with ease in your binds (optional).
- Add "voices" sounds to your binds using extended characters.
- Simple (but effective) colour adding
- Detects all e+ name commands and colours (optional).
- Using fmod you can even preview the sounds from within this tool (included - both fmod and the sounds).

Requires :

- Windows 2000 or above
- Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 (links to download for both x86 and x64 is included in the documentation)
- WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract it Big grin

Install :

Simply extract the q3-xchar12.rar to its own folder anywhere you like.
That's it.

+ I got this error when i tried run the pogram on screenshot 1.
-- in translate : bad inicizalitation of application (0xc0000135). click on OK to continue.

+ On second i showed files sizes. If can somehow help.
