QName config error

We are having a problem with Barbie's name. She is joining the FL clan
but the player name coloring etc. wont work. When we enter the received nametext string for Barbie(as received from the FL clan) into her user config and try to exec it from the console we get:
Cbuf_insertText overflowed
Any idea anyone ?

ur config is bigger than 16kb ? check it!, when yes: u must del some dont important commands in your cfg....

I'm sure the name itself won't take up more than 16kb 
.
Anyway, please make your avatar slightly smaller, it is screwing up my browser, and I dont want to have to permanently nuke it.

Yes, thx, that was the error. I used the cfg file generated by writeconfig with 90% unimportant stuff in it.
