i use the switcher for use previous versions of quake, for example 1.30, and just the second that quake starts it crashed n say this application has an error, and i can just click on close. i got another folder of quake, 1.16n and it works, i can play it, with this other 1.32 folder i can't play on previous versions, until some days ago it was working with all versions..... help plz!!!

Try disabling your hax

thx mate, but, i already knew that, it just stopped work from a day to another..i think i messed up something that i dunno, i even formatted the pc tonite and im still awake, i even triyed other quake folders i had on some cd, still nothing...maybe is a curse who knows...

Quick search seems to point to a dll issue, but my knowledge here is v limited.

hmm it may be but im not sure, i even formatted the pc, tryed other folders of quake, i had a 1.16n folder too that always worked, i duplicated it, putted point release 1.32 and installed switcher...doesn't work, there must be something wrong that i don't understad, im sure it's a small bullshit, but really bastard bullshit, i even tryied different versions of switcher and another type of switcher...nothing, but the 1.16n version works...that means that there must be some shit upgrading to 1.32 or installing the switcher...really can't understand....hope someone here will give the light on this gay problem..
