As promised, here it is.

A simple application to read log files with Quake 3 colorizations and extended characters and make them readable.

I will also put a few other versions (RPM, MacOSX) if people want them.

Please let me know if you find any bugs or have any suggestions.

I know that it is currently kind of slow to read very large logs, but I believe theres a bug in the toolkit I used to develop, and I'll have to wait to see if that gets fixed. On my system, it takes approximately 1 second per 1000 lines in the file (or about 20 seconds per MB). If your logs rotate daily, they should be less then 3 MB, so it shouldnt be that much of an issue.

You can copy and paste the full color text into another application, but the HTML it generates is very verbose, and will have a white background which can be changed in the body tag.

I am next working on some other tools which will be useful to server administrators like a userdb.dat reader, and colorized rcon client.
