Thats all very nice,but FPS are still limited to 63?

ratz there is one command to solve fps in intro and menu until u run game u got 63. So i dont know how to remove it.

i see only one good change, now we can use on pure q4 single light, but is not big change cuz we have it in q4max or battle, so no big inovation.

@ratz
60 fps is oprimal value for q4 like 125 for q3

@ Drill the fps fix only works in singleplayer

mp = no more needed then 63 locked

I recently did a major system upgrade, so now can actually enjoy playing Q4, but am still not overly impressed. I think for me it will still be some time before i start playing it and i doubt 1.3 will change that. But it's definitely the future of the series, so it's nice knowing that producers are trying to improve it...

i realy enjoy playing 1.3 now i think its a big improvement runs good and smooth but there are still some little major bugs this is what must be in 1.4

VERY HIGH Priority
- Improved sound (fix dropping sounds, less distracting sounds, they are fine for SP, but in MP they need to be crisp and clean... every sound rumbles on for far too long. Should'nt need to turn bass and treble to Innocent.
- Improved netcode. (reduce delays, ping affecting fps)
- Remove errors in console.
- Map addon bug (#591)
- Fix Punkbuster screenshot lag (pb_sleep and pb_system don't help)
- SMP 1 + lagometer 1, decreases performace alot.

HIGH Priority
- Fix server maplist to display server maps only.
- Working "update" button.
- Fix bug that requires you to toggle console before entering password.
- A way to temp ban a guid. (to stop troublemakers returning after kick)
- Callvote limit, to stop vote spam.
- r_ignorehwgamma to have correct gamma in window mode and reset gamma after crash
- Weapon switching bugs (see comment #140 and replies)
- Stuck rail/dmg idle loops
- GTV / Ranking system / Community intergration / User friendly setup, More Info on these HERE.

MEDIUM Priority
- Improved server browser (checkable filters)
- Connection to a server running with a different fs_game gets the client stuck in a loop of engine reloads. (Expected behaviour : switch to the server's fs_game then connect)
- Begscreen, to remind everyone to update to correct version.
- Option to choose a smaller size for simpleitems.
- Typos/errors in custom mapcycle.scriptcfg files cause server shutdowns without debug output.
- com_allowconsole "-1" to to disable console entirely
- Improved autodownload. (#470)
- More models, including a female. (including soundsets)
- Team and enemy skins sometimes get mixed up.

LOW Priority
- Pressing ESC and attempting to 'Join Marine' or 'Join Strogg' crashes the game
- Need s_restart after using window mode.
- Voice volume is too low at maximum.
- Ability to see models and skin color in menu.
- Ability to make coloured names in menu.
- Find a player without typing in all their color/image codes.
- Ability to rewind and restart demos (like cs)
- Swimming animation.
- Improved tourney mode.
- Mute player bug (see #503)
- g_inactivity, to kick idle players after period of time.
- sv_highping and sv_lowping
- Improved gibs (Q3 style bloodrain etc)
- Fastsky (blacksky)
- Remove the loop when connecting to server.
- Ability to resize/remove everything (fonts, bars, timer, frag message, etc)
- More info on players command (to show their net settings etc).
- Handicap mode.
- When a demo finishes it force you to console, which means you can't get to the Main Menu simply

Gameplay
- Sound over time bug, if you enter a zone where sound is finishing, the sound will be played from start. Very confusing when tracking enemy. Gives ghost jumppad / teleporter sounds.
- Smaller hitboxes (but not as small as gtr)
- Cyclandratic hitboxes (gtr)
- Consistant SG spread
- Remove warp to spawn graphic.
- Less blinding rocket explosions.

Developer
- Better access to the ingame browser (accessing the serverinfos of a selected server for example)
- The ability to sort by/filter mods in the ingame browser
- The ability to set some cvars to be for gamebrowsers only, and not for the client.
- More shaderparms (a string-shaderparm would be cool too, if possible)
- An engine and sdk side exception handler (prey has one) with dump to a textfile.

Already fixed by mods (but needs including)
- Indivdual model sounds.
- Jump/land movement fix.
- PVS not working.
- Bobs clientside.
- Demos menu.
- g_clientprojectilecollision 0
- Q4max Performance tweaks
- r_skipspecular still can't stay on 0
- HUD that is displayed is the FFA HUD, regardless of the gametype of the demo.
- Whichever gametype you're playing last on a server before playing a demo will be the HUD that is being shown.
- Scores do not show in the HUD
