Hello,

i only want to say that i cant understand why people leave this great e+ mod bc of change to quake live! i tryed quake live and sure the ranking and statistic functions for every player and the automatic skill find are great , but damn it plays like baseq3 cfg, its slower,it has no blood and gore effects, no special weapon power etc., than you can play standart quake again too lol, there's a hell not this action like in this great e+ mod ( what cfg ever ).

It's up to the people to decide where they want to spend their time, ultimately. I switched over to Quake Live and am having a fucking blast, i can tell you that much. There are always people playing on all the gametypes, i know the game is getting improved.. and, to be frank, scoring a frag in QL is so much more satisfying than in E+. You have to work for it, instead of shooting a bfg projectile into a corridor and 10 minutes later someone dies from it.

Blame Easy for this. We all do. Big grin

i only play it because there is an increasing population...as here in E+ we basically know everyone and the population decreases Big grin

True man! qlive isnt so dynamic like e+ and that sux!. All play ql bcouse of new technique what was use to do that.

Dynamic, as in what? Standing behind the corner/wall/insert_random_camp_spot_here and waiting for the enemy to spawn/appear?

at least it has an future, personaly if the upcoming mod will sux Im thinking to switch into qlive completely

(.I tried to be perfect ,but nothing was worth it I don't believe it make's me real.)

i make it short: I need!!!. lol, it looks so strange if the opponents only fall down like dummys, it destroys the hole feeling.

ye it will never be the same like e+, in e+ you fly through the hole damn room and hit a shoot in the air and get the frag, its awesome action.
thats the hole physic thing in qlive that sucks , im a fan of physic 2 like plus newgods etc , to me the physic in e5r is strange to but thats already better than the standart physic in qlive.

the problem with e+ is that you are rewarded for playing like and being a noob. e.g camping + spawning + spamming doorways. as nigel chesterguy said, in quake live you have to earn your kills.

QL is so sloooooow boooooring crap :\ dunno what ppl found there...

who can explain what is the main difference between QL and OSP/cpma?

btw i play it sometimes not often but only instarail and CA...
