nice initiative, already have seen this on some clan's recuitement, but not on public 
But if there are more than 1 clan searching, I wonder how choice is made and by whom.
Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co

Clanless players could ask active clans to play fw with them .
Is good training for clans and a showoff for clanless players

It's a good idea! Make a fragfest or mixed fw for clanless players, and clans looking for new players can spectate & recruit.
