cant really offer any proof thats its real apart from absence of proof it isnt. reverse the veritically and it looks perfectly real. there are no seems, no ragged edges and no obvious errors to show its a photoshopped job. so im going with its a real thing. altho the "us budget is topsy turvy" isnt really enough justification for creating something like that.

its real cos u can see the tyres arent real, they just used some cheap replacements to make them appear as tyres, cos irl they r quite expensive 4 the real things...plus, the outline of the upper section is well distinguished from the bg, like u say no seams of layers as such...
altho, u must have photoshopped it, or smt, to flip it 180...
