Hello there,

I've a question about the CTF maps on the "German*RAIL*CTF" server.
Yeh i know, i don't know alot of this mod.

Can someone tell me where i can download the map pack they use? and what kind of settings are they using to play CTF on Q3DM17 and other standard q3 maps? It's very fun and looks awsome Shock
I've tried to set it up for CTF but i have no flags on the maps ROFL.
Do they using some special stuff?

yes, I haven't tested it yet, but there are some files in folder excessiveplus/maps which can set postion of the flags in a map.

Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co Surprise

it's the way they set up their server. contact the server admin.

unless you want to set up your own server or play on localhost, i wouldnt really be too concerned.

If you don't have that folder, that means you have e+ 1.03

You had better move to last version, it comes with a folder maps as example.

You mean the E+ Beta 1.04?
I have download it, but when i wanna play online on the servers i want. i can't join. They send me a message "Please download the full mod of exessiveplus" or somthing like that. so i use 1.03 again.
Does this mean the server i wanna join don't have the current version of the mod?

did u install 1.03 and then 1.04 on top of that?
what server was it

I install version 1.03. When i download 1.04 i delete the 1.03 version. And paste version 1.04 into the q3 folder.

I've tried it on few servers..

- *ELITE'Z*DM17*E+ - 217.163.31.100:27960
- ^7German*RAIL*DM17 - 85.114.130.242:37521
- ^7German*RAIL*CTF - 62.141.42.59:30542

and some other servers.
