does any1 know how to change railgun in the server which i create; i want my railgun to shoot one shot per second, not 100 shots per second

I would teach you how to play, but I don't know myself!

no luck!

i tried to write /load <conf/rail.cfg> and that shit didnt work ;((((

Railgun's configurations

lol first of all u have to create a rail.cfg ...
then edit ur settings like u want and save under the name u want (like rail.cfg) in e+/conf folder.
after this u can load a cfg called rail.cfg with

/rcon XXX load conf/rail.cfg

(this works when u are in game and do it via console)

moreover u can download cfgs here

u find a big readme about all settings there too!
this cfgs are like bro/mr/drt/2sweet style.
