thats it? 
you got 300~frags on a fastrail ctf server without spawn protection and timelimit,(only capture limit)
especially on rusrail, you could just hold finger on mousebutton and spin 360° all time and get better score

I suspect he is proud over his acc, which is good. But doesn't these cfgs/servers use a larger hitbox? I've played at them two-three times and every shot seems to connect.

I've got something like 1000-1100, was 2 players per both team and dm17 ctf, it was actually on old hiszy :)Btw there are people sometimes gettin' around 700 or even more, on rus rail.

290 frags in 21 minuts on small map when you can stand in two places and only press FIRE .i am sure that PingPong Master of rusRail will note it. Your team LOSE. Cause of unbalance on this map, Blue got easy road to catching flag here . Any way nice aim
