Received signal 11, exiting... Error Linux

I was playing on my Q3 server and it was running good for like 30 mins and then it said connection interupted and the server console on the server box said

"Received signal 11, exiting...
Shutdown tty console"

it has done this before how can I prevent this?

I have had that about an half year ago, is searched for over 2 weeks;
Officialy it means this: your memory is bad.
But for me it meant this my configs were bad (I could not even start).
Love struck
