I have one (nooby perhaps)question. What would be the useful REF commands to have available on the server in case smone should actually ref a game like in the TDM league?

umm off the top of my head

lock, forceteam, k, pb_sv_enable, pb_sv_disable, pb_sv_restart, map, map_restart, timelimit, fraglimit

my list would be:
forceteam, k, pb_sv_enable, pb_sv_disable, pb_sv_restart, map, map_restart, timelimit, fraglimit, g_gametype, xp_matchmode, g_friendlyfire etc
