I have seen him enter the server and I have had 5 seconds (before he went out) to take IP . Can I continue to the ban?

Omg, other thing: in dok server there is a strange player that uses theese nicks:

2 days ago he asked me PlusN.cfg. I've addeed his msn Giedriux24@etc etc..
