look at tis guy on b@n@n@ server name bin!. HIs rail on each map was mor than 50% but i have only demo from the last map so look at this.

Dynamic IP is IP address that is changeable, not static, for example, it changes from time to time or when you reset your modem/router, it can change whole ip or part of it called range, example: 192.0.0.1 last 2 colums can change to 192.0.1.2 etc... to ban such IP you need to use 192.0.* so providers are able to change your fully ip, like mine, but it happen very rare
