hi guys/girls,

i recently started to use hud2 for my HUD and just noticed that the health & armour bars are always empty even wen i pick up health & armour they still stay empty...

if anyone got any ideas on this please share them with me thx Big grin

try to erase all the useless/junk stuff from your q3 folder, reinstall the game, (re-download?) re-extract the mod.

if it doesn't work, then it might be down to your cfg imo

you can send me your cfg so i can test hud2 and tell you if it works for me

i think you have the cg_drawstatus 0 or cg_draw2d 0

do these and see if it works after them:
\cg_drawStatus 1
\cg_draw2d 1

i have no problem with my huds .. for me all works so im sure its something related to your client

also see if the excessive plus version is the latest 2.1 (not 2.0 !)

sounds like a solution hehe
i think he's using dsharpe's cfg though, and from what i recall i hadn't this issue when i tried it (but i wasn't using hud2)
