[Resolved]High Ping - Influenced by Game?

For 2 months now, I have bad pings, not only in times when most people in my country use the internet, but in late hours like 4 am, over 300 ping. I thought it was my supplier like usually people would say it is, BUT , after ping EU servers on webs, cmd and even the exact same server I play on ( beer and aim ) , I get the normal ping of 90 - 110. My question is, could it be game affiliated? * my settings are the regular most use, maxpackets 125, 40 ect...
Can anyone throw me a bone here?

dont ping the server, make a tracert! ping a server is useless in this case.

open dos console "tracert IP"

ok I tried it, don't really know what I'm looking at, but I guess it's tracing the path my packets go, and shows me each checkpoint, right? and whats the ping time between each checkpoint? and then I need to find the one that fucks my ping.

Correction, I really don't know what I'm looking at.

step 7 is were your bad ping comes from, nothing you can do.

Yeah I see it's step 7, it looks like it DOES have something to do with my internet supplier... I'll check with them again Confused
Thanks for the info, I'll probably post here some more questions cause I'm positive they won't be able to help me much.

OK.If anyone wishes to know, ping is fixed.Problem was with supplier, I talked to them, and we changed my connection from auto connect to auto connect via username and password, so my upload will have a higher priority.I now get my usual 90-110 excellent ping :]
