Respawn protection with no kill point like in freeze

yo folks.
anybody know that i want it in g_gametype 1 tournament 1on1 the same spawnkill protection like in freeze.
when u kill by spawn no point and u respawn on any other spawnpoint.
is this possibel to make it or a big problem...?????
can anybody help me ?
