Apart from the admin who is obviously careless and even worse than the creatures who spoil the fun with cheating and abusing(alucard and crusoe as perfect examples respectively), is there anyone else with the authorization to ban these things from the server? (ok, in alucard's case it'll have to be area ban, like whole Argentina).

I tried to make videos of the demos, recording them with bandicam, but it wasn't a success. The videos were with HQ but there was significant fps drop so I gave up. IDK why though, I've done it before and it was much better, even on my old HDD. Now, on SSD, I experience issues .
