I made a few times screenshots from entire homepages and posted it here in forum. I got already asked a lot of times with what i do that.

It is a firefox plugin, u get it here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/5648

So nothing magic, and no special knowledges needed, its just a plugin.
