searching a private server

hey out there :!:
im looking for a server (with pass) where people meet to play e+ (best would be plus.cfg) which i could join :!:
if anybody is part of such a little "community" that plays private and would need/like another player/allow me to join, please PM me with the details :!:
im looking for such a place because im sick of public and will totally withdraw my existence from public servers (assuming that i will find such a community..) :!:
if possible id prefer a network where no BBS players are in...
if any admin of this community is willing to trust me, id also be very happy to get a ref pass for a server where i could arrange some frag-parties

something like pickup games for e+ would be kinda nice wouldnt it? semi-organized. so it wouldnt be totally random. works well for a lot of other games. that way people could get to play decent games with people from other clans, without the total absence of teamplay.

you have to find the "MUEPA" site (mysterious undacova elite players alliance), then solve 5 mind-boggling puzzles, then pass a skill test, then show yourself naked on webcam, and finally guess the magic number (0 to 9999, u only get 1 try).
Good luck
on a serious note, public is actually fun now and then, and "private games" tend to be a 3vs3 max and they happen mostly "on the spot".

What's wrong with public, Shelly? Everything is there, people who prefer taking on the whole enemy team instead of unfreezing mates, even when they're the last man alive in their team, people who shoot you away from thaws, chat-spammers, guys who move only when camp-protection kicks in, winner-joiners, peeps who shout "SPAM" every time you dare use lg, mg, or for that matter, any other weapon.. \m/

i can probably say that i see public servers in a similar way to shell and would like to setup a community in where we're able to do this...the problem is, you have to invite a lot of known players and then rely on their availability, or like trance says: there will only really be a total of 3v3
if you take what diesell was tryin to set up, his e+meeting, and set it up on a more frequent occurance i'm sure people would be interested to play for every reason mad states otherwise 
good luck, and i think talkin/workin with diesell will be the best as i think you both share the same views

its more about that good people cant incrase their gameskill, and crushing noobs isnt the truth.
2!s freeze was quite a good place to meet good enemys, now i never find enemys wich its really hard to play against.
anyways im going to ask triv for getting ntg server for testing that.

I am pretty active on the forums but missed that "announcement" about the e+ meeting :///
If something like what shell talks about exists, i'd also like to take part if possible :]
Mow's idea of war&train was really a nice base for such a server. What i mean is, DLKFJSDL guy sets up a server in Germany. sv_pure 1, and EVERYTHING else callvotable (kick, gametypes, punkbuster etc etc etc etc etc). After hearing suggestions and his own opinion, he loads up a shitload of maps (not in the rotation). Sets a l33t password and gives it to some selected people. They can give it to whoever they wish.
Now, if some "asshole" leaks out the password to the wrong people this will ruin 1, 2, maybe 4 games, but then the server owner will fix the problem by changing password, nice and easy :] So this reduces the risk of getting assholes on the server a lot.
Now this has 2 problems.
1) Greater risk of having a few more empty server with a much much greater lack of people that know the very basics of the fps genre (let alone e+) [but this happens now anyway]
2) Having the "private" community empty all the time. However, i really doubt that since, at least judging from myself, i am always tempted to join war&train when a clan is training (and many times i did already). So that shouldn't be a problem. Go to msn, grab 3 peeps and the rest will fall in place sooner or later (unless you are playing some weird hour)
If this is done it would be nice to exclude somehow 1vs1 from g_gametype callvote. (i really insist on that, if possible)
ps: This wouldn't be a "private" club or something. More like a gathering of peeps that enjoy playing each other.
ps2: This would be good for clans too. Playing each other or other clans (fw) can get boring, right?

And are you sure that you didn't mixed it with sub.bbs? Lot of bbs play under fakenick's ...anyway from time to time i made any teamshot too ,but who not? I know shell that its possible but i cant do anything 
//and btw I know who you mean ,and I see realy much them games on public without any problems so shell don't take it personally

toxic i gotta tell you all the story ^^ from the beginning on i didnt really like bbs.. dunno why, gut feeling i guess, cant really tell a reason. well lately i somehow realized BBS isnt "bad" or anything (i mean in acting) and today 2 bbs players (dont want to mention names, maybe they will talk to you by themselves...) shot me away from thaws... not once... like 4 or 5 times, and that really put the reputation (that i have) of bbs down ...
when i asked them wtf they did they just ignored me... not even that, they didnt even ignore me... and that (IMO) sucks. and its not only the BBS players ofc... but when 2/2 bbs players shoot you away from thaws in a game that kinda messes up the name of bbs.
i like some bbs players a lot - toxic, you for example - i can talk to you, you act like a grown up, talk patiently and never lose your mind (as far as i can say that) but some others just piss me off
