OK i've got some newbie's questions, so i'll ask about some things at server's configuration, which i haven't found in excessive plus manual nor forums:

1. how to set players movement speed? i want to increase movement speed of players on my server (fixed speed, not haste factor).

2. how to set specific bot who will be play all the time (i don't mean /addbot simple command or set bot_minplayers, but specific configuration of specific bot).

3. how to completely disable warm up?

4. Where i can find ALL e+ server's commands (commands in e+ manual seems to be incoplete, therefore i'm looking forward to learn more of them).
