You invited in trial Akali (aka trikz), he even created fake account for this move.

There was no post about kicking akali from trials - that means that he s still on trial membership.

He came and used ref password while he knew that there was CW. Evenmore he logged as ref right after round ends with a willing to hide that move.

I am not defending him, he is not on trial in hyper, i cant say, he was on trial, and after few days
he decide to leave. So he joined WK then, and he was full member of WK. And we put all our trials in ClanDB with BLACK TAG MARKED, like natalie was, and she become full member.
I dont defend trickz, i defend hyper here. I also dont know how he come on server, and how he do /ref command, i dont know, if the match was played on Hyperland, even then you cant say nothing against us without proof. And this was played on your server. So take a look mate !

In my opinion only thing you need for an invalid war is trickz using ref (given) and he making communication to hyper for sure, this can be shown by server logs, can't it?

private talk and team talk are visible in server logs, and since it is a jumpsserver ?! ... So it is easy for jumps to check the logs.

Again, the tone in here is very nice and calm and shows the interest to clear things up decently.
