why don't you guys apply FOREVER BAN for whoever cheats?... doesn't matter the cheat.
this is why problems appear... ban for 3/6/12 months... fuck him, he's cheating... OUT FOR EVER.
maybe, this way we will not have endless discussions about cheaters and ex cheaters who have been forgotten and caused problems afterward.

Here sm1 told allready before.You cant just change ur opinion of ban because u dont like sm1.
Imagine a situation
A prisoner was jailed for crime and then judge decided to unjail him by conditionally-early parole.Then some time gone and a judge changes opinion and tells smth like - "Hmm, sorry but I dont like this guy, I remember he did crime, Iets jail him again"
Thats a simple of this topic.
But thats cant be, and ex-prisoner can be jailed again only for next crime that he will do ( if he will)

About My Road he is just lame .. i dont see the point right now for him to be banned for "untrustable" ?? what is this ? so if i find some1 that is untrustable he can be banned?? didnt knew that ... i have a big list!

why My Road is lame ? Because even if he was forgiven after his cheat(
he is still a arrogant, calumny & scandal generator. But that's his personality i guess .. the thing in here is only if he is still a cheater or not ..
However i think that if he or anyone else that has 2nd chance will get to those cheats again .. the punishment for that is or should be unlimited ban ... a Cheater can become an accepted player only if he Repent from his behavior. That's what i think..
About giving 2nd chance to old guys .. i think its a question of taste .. This community
has as bases some rules & principles .. according to any state/
country rules in this world in where the laws need to be obeyed. When it comes
for adding/ changing laws the taste on how to apply the law : "from now
on" its obvious .. but do we need to apply the law in the past ? It should depend of what each of them done ...
This term untrustable .. i think as untrustable to become a fair player! the only relevant aspect that can be punished with ban in this case.
I disagree with Saia, if some ppl are better then others, that dosent mean they cheat .. i think they just struggle more the you do 
Train more and you will have the expected results.
I Don't think that fala cheated when he did "this fooling stuff" he just played good and when he looked at his gameplay he subtracted some stuff that are very near to be a wh behavior... that's all ... you too can check your gameplay and once in 1000 playes can get something like that and then make a video with all the cuts.. becaue thats what they are .. just lucky cuts.
IF you don't know how to walk that doesn't mean that others have superpowers.(Superman - from the movie - is a real cheater! and must be banned from all movies!)
Edit: About trolling behavoir .. i think that should be punished but not with bann .. maybe with .. unable to speak on the forum ????

@skull, your opening post.
All I will say is the day I banned him on Aim freeze for the rail script he admitted to cheating and made it all seem such a laugh. So I certainly will never trust him again.
