I dont think so. Different ISP's and ip ranges. However, as Necro said, it's possible he moved/changed ISP or smt, but i doubt it.

Mad,u seem sure about what u say,but if ure talking about ip's u saw on forum they are very easy to change/hide.

I know that, i'm not exluding the possibility of him/them/whatever being actually Poland, i just find it hard to believe, seeing how that guy is a stupid little kid. I doubt he even knows what a proxy is. :E
Oh, and another thing why Shin isn't Armageddon - Shin has a dynamic IP, where as you can see on the screen him/they have a static one. And some of these accounts predate the time in which Shin has made his smooth drt -> bbs switch, so..

IP's dont mean much... for example, according to Doc, me and Reno can have the same IP in London...IM pretty sure Im not Reno, not sure if Reno is shure that he aint me 100% though (mostly cos Im not him, so I cant check if he thinks he's me or not 
)
On topic... it dos however figure if Earth and zort are the asme perso, it doesnt even have to be Poland, just some random guy who just changes nicks...
I believe they show similar multi-lingual skills:
XP*EARTH - i am problems? make me web...
ZORT - hi Mow? Make me server? plz mow...
CMd however knows more english than me does 
so IP's are not so important imo...

Hum? Are you sure you're not confusing them? One of my associates (haha, i always wanted to say that 
) said that Cmd has bad english too, and i was pretty sure Zort has at least a decent english skillzor. >_>'
Anyway, YES, i know IP's arent anything definitive/condemning, BUT, they can clue to certain stuff. In this case, eight separate accounts used by, prolly, different people (at least some of them?) none of which, at least i believe so atm, are Poland. :scratch:
Btw, about rotating IP's - the chance that you and reno will be assigned exactly the same IP's is, uh, similar to that when i now go to smoke a cig on the stairwell will find a suitcase with 100mil$ in it

its possible that they get same ip... but never on the same time 
ur provider wont assign u a ip as long as it is used.

Well, I am pretty sure Zort has now changed his name to XP Earth, because when Zort first came on the scene and was posting in forum a few times, his name miraculously changed to XP Earth, therefore the posts by Zort then appeared with that name.
As regards Cmd, I think he is a player who was once known as Zydek, but I am not 100 percent sure, I will try to do some research.

Well i just checked and im pretty sure im not shady, but now im sure shady is sure he aint me. The question is, am i really living in an alternate reality in which I really am shady
