Should Teamstacking be allowed?

this is a problem, since i play q3, i don't wanna bring up
old flames Winking

the problem is that there are no 24/7 admins, looking permanent
on stackers and to remind them.

also, the excessiveplus.net servers are just advertisingservers,
the main job of amdins is, to look up against cheaters there.

if i am on servers, i use sometimes the command /rcon forceteam client r or b
they mainly wonder than why they changed team without doing nothing, but
it works most times and they stay at the team they got forced to.

Ok, so how should they be stopped then. I mean i can make 100 demos of Odin who is teamstacking, but it will just be allowed?

i was able to to a lot of demos of u also, pls stop that direct thing here, it's a generall problem.

pay for professional admins, so, that 24/7 an admin is online.

i would do it for 30,00 € per hour, 8 hours a day, 30 payed days holidays per year.

so, it would be needed 3 admins for a 24 hour day

imagine that 1 team 6 noobs and other 3 profesional players...

who win?

i think that after a game end it should be some kind of team mix made automaticly so the server go through players stats and mix them so each team have similar players with similar skill.

this would suck if threre are 2 clans want to have small cw but it could be disabled by callvote
