Wow, looks expensive.. I guess its some luquid cooling system, cool and silent ;]
Yes, custom watercooled. Could have cut some corners to save cash but didn't want to compromise much, spread the cost out over a year, so wasn't that bad. Doubt I'll do another to that extent though.Had the whole thing well planned but ofc came across unexpected hurdles, whole thing was a learning experience and now I know what id recommend and do different.
It's due another rebuild for cleaning and I was tempted to look into rigid tubing, but that's still pretty new in the wc community. A lot of effort and a longer downtime to setup. I'll leave that idea for another year or 2 while the rigid tubing idea gets more fine tuned. Don't wanna be an early adopter/Guinee pig
Runs cool at 18-30c idle and about 65 on load, not overclocked but there's lots of headroom to do so. Was running at 4.7ghz on a old aio cooler at one point, but I don't need that much power and reduced lifespan.

What I'm REALLY doing? I ain't hiding anything
Oh playing quake ofc, need the power xd
All sorts, when I built it it was for gaming on full graphics and being future proof, but I since lost interest in new games. Using It a lot for video rendering/3d stuff recently. Still takes too long for some things. Rendering a small project in cinema4d took 7 hours
Obviously asthetics were a big thing with it though, purpose aside I love knowing about the styling/what looks gd and what doesn't (not just pc's)That isn't the best photo to show that though (indoor light not the les strip and dusty plus the pumps on the piss xD)
it's not that uncommon, just fairly average build at overclockers.co.uk and other places
