That one is ok. Just change these things..

Make the text smaller
Take off the outerglow
Too much bevel and emboss
change the color of the text to something that goes with green, white, and black.

And you need to think for yourself in a way. You can't use things that are already made..bro-team, Excessiveminus instead of plus ( that one is ok i guess ), Flex, HQ :roll:

I've used photoshop a lot Big grin. Make a new sig without large text, outer glow ( the yellow color, you use it too much ) don't use as much bevel and emboss, and make the text go with the colors in the sig.
