Same here... the demo provided did not give off an impression that he was cheating. Logical conclusions should not be considered conclusive evidence in banning someone for the whole community. Even a combination of bad behaviour when defending your case is NOT concrete evedience. 3 knolwedgable players having an opinion that the dude cheats does contribute, but it STILL is NOT concrete evidence, even thought both skull and Mr Sandberg are very knolwedgable in the subject, a red card should only be applied with a pb screen... not opinions of individuals. Also, remember the phrase "innocent until proven guilty" ?

Hey, i know - instead of pointless arguments, let's see who could have the best experience in cheat detection. Skull, who submitted countless demos, screens and whatnot to the Report Cheaters topic, Mow, who, as a major serveradmin, has a gargantuan experience in cheat detection, or a bunch of random people that like to disagree because they want to be noticed.

its almost an impossible shot @ 180 degrees spin and shoot, yet missed the easy shots. Add on top a pinch of railing into the floor like a nab.

No decent player would make that many pointless shots into walls and floor and especially launch themselves midair right in the middle of the map to get shot from any angle. Also check the movement! There isn't any! There just isn't any!

Not claiming he's not cheating, neither claiming to be an expert in this field.
Im just saying the whole banning process (or at least this in this case) seems VERY Machiavellian to me, despite the positive nature of the ban, there still is no pb-related evidence. It's not about this particular case.. it's about the process of ruling out the cheaters.

1) A lot of people in 2005 would bet all their money on HQ being a cheater.

2) Prospectively, this opens up a huge chance for "certain people" to claim influence with every word. Here's another example that seems similar in concept to me: The Burning Of The Reichstag... where the parlamentary building was burned in order to blame it on Communists and therefore both eradicate a political enemy thus gaining total control... we all know HOW that ended... I am personally do ont feel secure with giving anyone the power to have their word followed so closesly...
