why? that's why:
1 - he lied several times before:
a) when he didn't actually kicked ligas from d4
about he didn't use cheats
c) about his age
d) using fake account on e+.net to create a new clan (imo, even if it's against rules, in normal situation second/third/Nth account isn't a crime, if you let ppl know that it is still you being under new acc; but you know that in this particular case it is same as lies )
2 - he didn't say anything about that mg thing on dm2 (the one explained in skull's and camel's movies) - that's actually why he was busted, isn't it?
3 - imo, he 'apologized' just in order to be unbanned. and btw when did he apologize for lying to the whole community? he didn't, as you can see.

however, i must say that i find terror's idea unsulting and even more, humiliating. and shadow, imo, shouldn't take the bait i think, he should do it by himself and for himself, but not for someone who just wants to get apologies and teach someone a lesson (imo, the real lesson is when someone realizes what he's done and really regrets). besides, this is getting more and more simple: today you cheat and lie and do whatever and tomorrow you 'apologize' and get unbanned and also receive F1's from broken hearts

summing up, 100500 times F2. <- a huge dot.

EDIT: oh, and btw forgot to mention smth. what about that video on dm8? he claims that he uses wh here? wtf? wtf has this to do with the issue discussed here? wasn't he accused of cheating weeks before? oh, yeah, he uploads video (not demo, btw) where you can hear that enemy is starting thawing his teammate behind the corner. instead of admitting that he used cheat on dm2 he puts fake video and says he walhacks there (even if real wh, who cares?). wtf is this? did i misunderstand smth?

And also to the community..

Don't close yourself too much, keep open for players. There will be players of any kind.
Don't close to state of ban everything different..

F2 since its too early for unban.

+ his way of behaviour and actions (trying to fool rest of the comunity with lots of scams) proves that he isnt sorry he cheated, he's just sorry he got cought, otherwise he would be embarrased and lay low for some time and not go and create other accounts and names and clans and whatever to conceal his identity.

And now, when all that is failed its "oh yes, im sorry now that i think of it" -> load of crap IMO

Im for second chances but this too early unban will just give wrong message to him (and from all what i see he has a lot to learn ) and other ppl who do the same or think doing the same.

If such a thing is...Maybe all the cheaters to lift the ban? XD
