do you mean, ambience sounds ?
theres pk3's for it, custom ones are easily made too
but its no good, its cheating..

soo..The final answer is:

-Sorry,you cant turn off all sounds ..only:

/s_musicVolume "0" this will turn off music Tongue
and
/s_Ambient "0" this will turn all ambient sounds (like burning fire,ghoul-moans,etc Big grin ..but unfortunatelly this doesnt work in E+

lol i suggested to E+ ppl few nice ideas.. and i'd rly be happy doing it 2.. for E+ growing-up.. But seems they give a damn on me.. and on everybody..probably..But i saw few days ago a noob created a topic and skullhead and others rly helped him..Even Laktos ansnwered on noob's question Surprise
