Spam killing
The spam on public servers was always. Now we have ff on sometimes, anyway ppl still continue to spam. Dunno about U but I am really pissed off. Imho the only way to reduce it - make a limit for bfg/rocket and mb grenade in round. Dunno what is the best amount but guess smth like 5-10. 5 rockets f.e., 10 bfg (cause ppl still need to move by it) and 10 grenades. I think it will be enough. Any ideas?

first of all lets try a message in the center of the screen during warm up when ff is enabled that advises caution.. most of the players just dont think of it on public
or is your problem that there is spam? then i guess nobody can help you.. since it is most important in quake to know where the enemy is and shoot at positions where he is going to kill him without getting seen.. instant killing rail makes this gamestyle kind of obligatory
FF1 in freeze = gayest idea ever on e+ imo...
grenade movement and that strong bfg should be enough reasons to play without ff on...
Well, I believe that FF on public servers is a great idea, not only does it reduces spam (atleast from me, since I am wary and I do not want to kill Teammates), but it is also great for training your skills in general.
I see nothing bad in FF, and in reality it makes the game more "real".
im totally agree, lets make 5-10 shell for every spam-weapon.
and by the way, stop making the grenade jumps near ur team mate. this lame shit is irritate me a bit :f

Removing BFG Splash damage completelly renders its effectiveness in PVP. It will make it a parody of a "fast rocket".
