Strange problem

Hi ppl i havent written here for ages XD
Well i have moved frommy house in to the students block , we have a lan here but i have problem with connecting to different servers.

I can only conect to servers which ports end from 60 to 70..... and couple of others

I have asked my admin and he said that none of my ports are blocked , i have my firewall off , my pc is clean .

If i am using

/connect xx.xx.xx.xxxx it leads me to awaiting connection 1,2,3,4,5.....

ofcourse my pb and pr are updated

Any ideas?
