Suggestion about thawtimes

It has been long time since i want to post that so finally here it comes...
Lately the tactic of 'just jumping above wrong place and if you die - you thaw' appeared and spreaded very much... and it makes game almost unplayable.. Lets imagine overkill. 5v5. 5 of enemies are jumping above wrong places in pg. so even IF you rush them and kill them all - you have to kill all 5 within like 3-5 secs. and its impossible. + this kind of 'teamplay' makes game really boring... So my suggestion is to make throwing bodies to wrong place 'conciderable'. Let me explain what i mean: i mean that we should find another time of thawing some1 who is in wrong place... much higher and like 50-100% from whole autothaw time. So you should really think to throw your teammate's body into wrong place or no... So also it gives possibility to throw enemy's bodies there not to let their teammate to thaw body... The profit of this kind of wrongplace thawing is obviously not so OP... Also with 2.2b frozen bodies started 'gliding' on ground like on ice. so its almost 100% to reach wrong place...
Also lava thaw time should be really readuced (but not as much as wrongplace time since you can try to get body out of lava... but with current thawtime its also almost impossible...)
There were some thoughts of me about current cfgs...

Beer has/had a different thaw time that a regular plus cw servers, and its sux.
Each map has its better position to camp/to start attack from, so its ok that some clans try to hold PG at overkil.
Making it 50-100% from autothaw time would be only worser, it would take 30secs-1min to thaw.
When you drop into wrong place and ur teammates arent allowed to unfreeze u, then you should be thawed and fast. It shouldnt take 1 min.
Thing is about tactic, if you d see that many clans camp alot, would u also suggest to decrease anticamp time to 1 sec?

I personally think its retarded, in rr.cfg v4 its off. I hate when people stand in front of tp just to have advance (pjax xD ).
the "wrong place" is some hot thing, when you die your turning into ice so its realistic to melt. go play clan arena if you dont want to spawn, yet the glide thing should be removed imo
The issue here is that a cfg weakness that should not be there is being abused on one particular map, camp away all you want but don't allow it because of a shitty cfg.

if yours ice cell is crushed or thawed u can spawn again, quite normal behavior, u can't blame it, blame the players who use it all the time to get advantage if u like

already pointed that out, but considering if that would be slightly reduced autothawtime (around 15-30sec maybe) it cloud have a sense somehow designing it the way i did i just thought about normal ice behavior so it thaws super fast in lava viod and acid, and only a little faster in water
