I agree with Jiva!
This looks nice!
Might be followed in a next version by a calendar somewhere containing accepted challenges with some filters:
- For example somewhere in the clan's forum or page to see which challenges were accepted and when for the clan's members...
- Or in a event's post showing the accepted challenges for that event...
- Or shown in the right side of the website bellow the Birthday's box or
alike.

One other thing though which I forgot to mention. Could you put in an option so that people can apply for Ref to a match? Because often times finding a Ref is a pain in the ass.
And, make new feature bigger, give it more attention. I had to look 3 times through the menu to see "Challenge". Make it bigger, give it some center of attention somewhere on the page. Add a button to it that pops out so people actually notice it from the first instant they land on e+
. Also change the name of the feature to something like: Find War. Gives a better impression that it's about a FW/CW and not so much a thing that you could confuse with the "Join the Action!" on the right side of the site.
