[Suggestion] Weapon Time -> Holding
Hi,
Add Weapon Time -> Holding
which is the time u need to hold fire key before shot starts, default 0
It can be used as a concentrated and devasting shot from a weapon.
Examples :
- Hold rail's fire for 4 seconds then shot giant rail
- Hold rocket's fire for 10secs then shot a rocket killing all on the same room (weapon will need larger impact range)
Not such a good idea, as players would just move around map holding fire button down, this wouldn't add any skill imo.

goddam was actually talking about that there is no point NOT to hold the fire button, no matter what you do you gotta hold it because it makes sense.
this can work depending on the circumstances, but generally no need.

some time i played if I'm correct, Xtreme Arena or XXcive Mod or mby mr.pants some config..
guns had secondary fire at q3, that was interesting : what to choose ? power or speed, long range or short wide spread, etc etc on guns, ...actually first thing it was that thing, and bringed me to e+ as it was more alive mod, with not such strict one idea line as was those mentioned mods that now are dead, ofc i miss that secondary feature
UT has this kinda setting on the rocket launcher, the longer held the more rockets produced. speed of game is different though, e+ is fast paced and what i am meaning is that in e+ the opportunity to perform such a function would only be available when not in view of enemy i.e running, hopping round map.

btw ali, i never mentioned a thing about plusn
more variants of weapons wont really make the hell out of it - since most weapons have an alternative.
for example - mg/lg damage and precision incrased in cost of range
or pg/rl lot of bullets versus 1 rocket with more splash.
or to say it with other words, bigger amount of different weapons won't make anything new, just compare with other games, lot of guns and just the most handy are used.
don't understand me wrong, I don't say it is bad for the mod if we have it, but I am rather saying that atm we need something else then this feature. Ofc is some of the e+ coders is bored enough to code it he can do it.
id lovely play rail only cfg with having 2nd rail like in e5( or like mg style) for distraction, as example
kinfa cool to have nades like now, and 2nd sticky
and etc.. ;]

think that there are a lot of confs made to have fun in public.
If the config is well done and equilibrated, you can see nice gameplay u don't expect.
