RULES:

• Only clans playing at least for one month on E+ can sign up ;
• Every clan has to have their forums on the www.excessiveplus.net website ;
• Every clan has to refresh their clandb entry so it will be true to the current clan squad status ;
• Played mod: E+ ;
• Played config: PlusN ;
• Each clan has the right to pick one map. In the case of a tie, both clans must play the default tie map (pro-q3dm6) ;
• The default tie map (pro-q3dm6) cannot be picked by any clan ;
• Pickable map list: q3dm4, q3dm7, q3dm8, q3dm11, q3dm12, q3dm13, q3dm14, overkill, poq3dm5, cpm9, cpm14, ermap3, ospra3map1, mkexp, cpm4, 6++, 1++, 7++ (pro-q3dm6 - TIEMAP) ;

• Minimal amount of groups - 3, maximal amount of groups - 6 ;
• Two or three winning clans from each group go further; it means the clans which have the highest number of points. The number of clans which go up depends on the number of clans that apply to the SFC ;
• Four clans with the highest number of points go up from the second group stage to the FINAL GROUP if there is only one group. Two clans in the group with the highest number of points go up if there are two groups ;
• In the event of two clans having the same amount of points, the deciding factor of who will pass on will be the result of the direct confrontation between the two clans ;
• During the group stage, each clan has one week deadline to play their match. In the FINAL FOUR, every match, from three to five, must be played within a two week deadline.
• Fixtures and group lists will be given after the sign-up's will be finished.
• Match won: 3 points, match lost 1-2: 1 points,
  match lost 0-2: 0 points,
  match lost by WO: -1 points ;
  
• Each match will be treated like a normal CW ;
• Each match must be played on PB&PURE servers ;
• If a clan won't make it within 20 minutes of schedueled match time, it will be treated like a WO ;
• There must be a referee present on each match ;
• Referee list: Extreme , Terror , Ascari , IO ... [will be updated before tournament start] ;
• Match winner must make a post-match report (screenes, demos etc.) on the CLAN RANKING FORUM ;
• cl_maxpackets can't be lesser then 30 and greater then 125 ;
• If a clan recruits a player after giving their match roster before the tournament start, that player must wait for two matches before he can play ;
• Each clan has a right to two timeouts per map ;
• If during a match a clan loses players that it goes below the required 3 player minimum and they can't find a replacement, for which they have their timeouts, the match is a WO ;
• If a clan decides to lock their team, they are obligated to either give the team password to the referee, or invite him to the team ;
• The referee is obligated to record demos from the match ;
• Each player has to play with their true nicknames and with their clan tag ;
• WO in the tournament equals WO in the clan ranking (treated like a 0:2 defeat) ;
• If a clan decides to leave the tournament, every game they played will be treated like a WO - even the ones they won ;
• If a clan decides to leave the tournament, they will be penalized with -3 points in the clan ranking ;
• During the match on the server there can be only players from the two clans which are playing and the referee ;
