Support for 1.30 and 1.31 pr's?

I run a small 8 client server on instaunlagged, and wanted to test out Excessive+ with instaunlagged 1.1 settings.
A friend told me excessive+ only supported 1.32.
If so will older point releases be supported?

We have a tight community in 1.31 and would rather not move to 1.32 for a while.

i belive older version work with those releases.

but that depends if you wanna use them, theres been a HUGE number of changes since then.
