The winner is better spawner anyway, so what's the difference if it's the winner by tie or by normal map? And there is always a chance to reject if it's as tie.

Asphyx is hopeful that the national cup can start straight after the FFT, which has a deadline of 26.03.
Imo you should knock the TDM league back a few weeks. It takes a lot of effort to create a tournament on your own and I feel Asphx deserves his not to be taken frivolously, as in having WO after WO and members giving priorty to their clans.

LEAGUE will start 11.05.09 - so one week later than planned...

so first i must say
n1ce idea always good to play cups and tournaments to bring forward the community and the plus.cfg.
but its NOT only my thinking. the date is not good ......?!
in the bundesliga or premiere league for examble in the world cups they dont play for they own team....they train hard with there nations and play for the qualifying in the group stage.... so guyz pls make that weeks later i dont want to have wo games and i hate it .. i hope we can handle that when we have 2 cups in the same time....i think not....
i only can say pls later m8´s....
ps. i have nice custom maps for examble Eplus1, uozq3ta2, q3hwdm5

it shouldnt be problem imo, since matches for official Freeze/TDM cups are usually organasing at weekends ;]
like in FFT > one clan for one match had more than one week... its not problem to play two matches in one-two weeks IMO

Finally we have decided to leave maplist as it is, still open for adding new ones tho.
