Its np for me.
1. Current tournament rules.
2. Ranking rules.
1. Tournament rule - " if a player joins a clan during the league- he must wait 1 match" . This rule was skipped by me. I decided to allow new clanmembers to CW, because BOS had only 3 members and 2 newcomers at server. That wasnt a problem for RS and they agreed to allow newcomers to game.
2nd tourney rule - "3x3 isnt allowed". Thats why I skipped first rule and allowed newcomers to game,
2. Ranking rule - "trials cant play". This rule wasnt broken, because every new clanmember in both clans (Arix, Anubis in BOS and Frrr in RS) were allready full ( I asked leaders about it and checked the DB later).
Skull, you maybe just understood situation wrong, but no rank rules were broken at that game.
Edit: Purgy, I must explain to skull and fate everything which includes reffing matches with me, because they r current team managers and rank moderators. Its pretty fine for me. if I ref match its mostly my problem if it wont be ranked

thx for the info fps, good reffing there.
One further note: if ref says its fine to play while he needs to skip a league rule, fault is on his side if something goes wrong afterwards. However ref can not and shall not skip any rank rule please because rank rules are just the minimum of rulings and therefor the most important.

FPS was unlucky here... he tried the best for the game to be played. No one likes bad situations but sometimes they occur and we (refs) have to struggle with them and find the right path...
