perhaps some odd pb ban?

if it was, it would have stoped you only on that server, only your ip (other q3 versions didnt run) and only for a while.

perhaps a bug?

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!

i seem to remember having this problem - and having a corrupt pak3 file on server, perhaps something specific to your model set up that dissalowed you to connect but allowed others to connect, maybe you have this fixed now..

na, haven't fixed anything with intention.

If it would be a corrupt pak, then i guess it would be a permanent problem, because i was on server before and after.

mmh, i had the same problem SOMETIMES but it was the server (not everytime) and 1 or 2 times my internet conenction, maybe somebody used internet in your house and than crash Tongue
(1 time i had this fucking problem........)
