Dude, all those shakes. You need to eat proper meat, protein shakes is fluids. Yes they hold those nutritions but they don't hold the mass you get from meat.

I can't believe you are using such unhealthy stuff. Only proper exercices will gives you more mass.
My advice : if you want to have additional protein, use at least good quality proteins (0% chemical sugar, 0% useless chemicals stuff found in protein and unhealthy sweetener) : Inko X-treme Muscle 95, Google it.

yes ofc dude iknow. I dont use all of them that i have on the pic. thats just a collection that i have at home.
i forgotten to say that i use some of those whit real meals ofc. 3-4 times a day eat lots of chicken, meat etc. I have trained much in the past so i know how it works.

Yes, right. Worst kind? Sure I am and that's because ex-smokers know what they are talking about. Smoking is the most stupid thing people can start with. It's incredibly bad for your health and nothing but a big waste of money and time and first of all, freedom.
