That's true, and I love Suffocation (EFFIGY OF THE FORGOTTEN!), but when it comes to sheer brilliance in percussion Lombardo is amazing, I love his fills and his aggression. And Frost is just... ahhhhh... amazing.

See, what I always say about drummers vs. drum machines is that drum machines aren't late, they don't get drunk, they don't find jealous girlfriends, they don't develop drug addictions, they don't need to have 20 microphones...
and most of all they play exactly what you want them to, when you want them to! HAHA!
I have huge sample libraries of live drum kits, tons of 80s-90s drum machines, et cetera, so I like to use a good mix of "real" sounding drums with electronic sounding ones.
I love talking to someone I had no idea was into my music and just meeting them out of the blue like this!

hehe well i AM a drummer my self man plus i was into this kind of music since i was fourteen i know shitloads of stuff about all these bands and most of these bands i dont even know why i know so many shit hahaha
