is there any a way to band a players CD KEY CODE?????? Whats a dynamic conn. is new ip ever time u go online must be some way to stop all of this cheeting :roll:

As far as I know you can ban a player by GUID, which is somehow calculated from CD KEY. The problem with it is that many players use the very same fake CD KEY, so (at least I think) it could lead to them having same GUIDS.
And dynamic IP... Yes, when your provider offers you a dynamic IP, everytime you connect you are given an IP from the pool of IP numbers that your ISP has. So when you block some IP range, you will block not only the cheater, but also other ppl that will get this IP next time they connect.

The Official IP Ban List
Dynamic IP's happens to those who connect to the internet using phone lines. Since you need an IP address to connect to the internet, phone users are given a random IP. Thus once you disconnect & reconnect, your IP will change.
Static IP is a fixed or permanent IP that is given to you like a mailbox number. Those who have cable, DSL, T1 and T3 connections are given a static IP. However a Static IP address can be changed by your ISP upon request.
Last but not least, there are a few in this world that can spoof an IP. It is not that hard to do, however I will not discuss this issue.
