Look For Your Excessiveplus q3config [Quake III Arena\excessiveplus], Open It With Wordpad or Notepad, Find This "xp_onExit "screenshotJPEG" And Erase It.

Sometimes Its Useful To Have This Command Assigned, Do It Like This:

bind key "screenshotJPEG"

i tend to leave them incase one i really like gets taken, then i delete every once so oftern, i guess its down to your memory and system memory too, ccause now i upgraded my ram i dont get any freeze at screenshot at all

hmm 1 have 1GB of ram and it freezes for 2 seconds while the screenshot is being taken/

If you don't want to delete all the screenshots just create a new dir inside screenshots dir and move there the ones you'd like to keep that will solve it .
